How do I assign an asset to an employee?
When adding or editing an asset, simply select the employee from the dropdown list in the “Assigned To” field. You can reassign assets at any time with just a few clicks.
Can I track the condition or status of each asset?
Yes. You can set each asset as in use, available, under maintenance, decommissioned, or lost. This helps you stay on top of your inventory and plan replacements or repairs when needed.
Who can see and manage assets?
Admins can view and manage all assets in the system. Regular users can only see the assets assigned to them, keeping everything simple and secure.
