Growee provides transparency for employees. Accounting systems don't give employees access to their profiles and data history. With Growee, HR or accounting can avoid questions like, "How many vacation days do I have left?" or "When was my last evaluation?"

How many documents can I upload for an employee?
As many as you need. Growee scans documents for viruses before storage and encrypts them to ensure the highest security.
Who can see information about other employees?
HR, Manager, and Admin roles can view information about other employees, including salary details if saved in Growee. The employee role cannot see sensitive information about others, only their own data and general information like names and company emails.
Is it necessary to save salary and contractual information for each employee in Growee?
No, it’s not necessary. To save an employee and give them access to the platform, you need six fields: Name, Surname, Email, Role, Collaboration Type, and Start Date. Other fields are optional but enhance the experience when used in modules like time tracking, document generation, and reporting.
